Established in 1984 as Domestic Service Personnel; the business incorporated a bold and challenging dream of providing quality domestic services in all areas of the home and family dimension.   Providing job placement in childcare roles, house cleaning, house maintenance, butler services and grounds keeping are just a small portion of professions offered from its inception.

Over the last twenty five years the market place has developed with significant change persuaded by economic growth, white collar professionalism and demographic changes mentioning just a few key factors.  This change has resulted in business diversification, varied job opportunity and the increased need for professionalism in individual and business entities.  Domestic Service Personnel has moved with the times and met these challenges ensuring you that we have market credibility, successful service history and a proactive philosophy. 

The growth and development of any company is essential to further enhance quality of service, customer satisfaction and the extension of market provisions.  With the need to expand company possibilities to ensure market improvement and customer commitment Domestic Service Personnel was placed under new management in November of 2005.  Since then several changes have been made to further develop the commitment of the company to clients and job candidates.  The implementation of a computer system has greatly improved customer service and reliability of service.  Digitization of services has improved efficiency and quality of service whilst greatly improving our customer focused process. 

Along with the above mentioned changes Domestic Service Personnel was officially renamed Dynamic Solutions Personnel in early 2008.  Commonly referred to as DSP, a new company image has been created to provide a modern feel for a modern organisation.  The development and commencement of this new website is further refreshment and reminder of DSP being a vibrant, modern and customer focussed recruitment agency
