PRIVACY
In accordance with the Privacy Act 1993, all information gained or given to DSP remains confidential and will not be released to a third party without your consent: verbal or otherwise, however for general information on your skills, experience, qualifications and preferences, these may be discussed with potential employers if it is in relation to your suitability for employment.
Where DSP gain reference checks, to protect the privacy of the referee, what your referee states about you may or may not be released to you dependent upon whether the referee gives their consent for their comments to be released to you.
I give consent for DSP to release your contact details to potential employers or any other third party without your prior consent.
I understand that although I am able to request to see my personal file or any other file with information about me in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993, however due to the privacy of referees, their comments may be omitted or taken out of my file prior to my perusal. I also understand any information on me is the property of DSP and must only be viewed on their premises.
I consent for my application information to be stored by DSP for up to seven years, and then destroyed if I have not been in contact within this time or if I request it at any time.
I understand that at any time DSP reserves the right not to represent me or to discontinue service to me whether it be for reasons of misconduct, bad reference or any other reason whatsoever at their discretion.
I understand that if a bad reference is given by a current or previous employer, it is at the discretion of DSP to not accept me on the register, or at their discretion to conduct further references and then make a decision.
I understand I may be required to gain a medical certificate from my usual General Practitioner/Doctor should DSP request it.
INTRODUCTIONS
Any introductions for employment arranged by DSP are exclusive. I will not accept any employment from any introductions made by DSP which includes third party offers, without first confirming with DSP. I understand that should I undertake such a position I will be liable for the standard placement fee based on a contingent agreement in accordance with the current fee schedule (appendix A) in DSPs Terms of Business.
CONSENT FOR DISCLOSURE
I give DSP authority to gain reference checks, verbal or otherwise with any or all previous employers listed or not listed in my CV or in this Application Form. I understand that if I am currently employed, DSP will not gain a reference check if notice to leave has not been given to the employer, I therefore understand it is my responsibility to notify DSP in the first instance when they are able to take a verbal reference from them.
I give DSP authority to conduct a Police and/or Land Transport Authority and/or Department of Courts checks on me. I give DSP authority to release all checks in their entirety to potential employers. Booking a babysitter
All of our babysitters undergo a vigourous screening process. This includes full police vetting, interviewing face to face and reference checking.
We have a wide range of babysitters, the majority of them are either qualified teachers, nurses, nannies or mothers and grandmothers with plenty of experience.
We understand that as parents you want the best care for your children. At Dynamic Solutions Personnel we aim to provide the best service and babysitters. So you can enjoy your time away.
RATES
Daytime to 6pm: $18.00 per hour double time on all statutory holidays + 31st December
Evenings from 6pm: $15.00 per hour double time on all statutory holidays + 31st December
Placement fee: $20.00 per day or evening, $25.00 for short notice (less than 3 hours)
$25.00 on statutory holidays (including 31st Dec)
Parking fee: 100% to be met by the client family (or provided at no cost by The Hotel)
Cancellation Fees:
Where the client cancels the booking after the babysitter has been confirmed the full placement fee applies, whether the babysitter has commenced work or not. Where a booking is cancelled within 3 hours of the start time, the fee plus 3 hours payment at $15.00 per hour will be charged + GST
